Thai Yoga Massage
Experience deep relaxation and renewed vitality through Thai Yoga Massage. This traditional healing practice combines assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, gentle joint mobilization, and mindful touch. Performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, this therapeutic bodywork encourages the release of tension, improves flexibility and mobility, and supports the body's natural energy flow.
Often described as "passive yoga," Thai Yoga Massage invites you to fully relax while your practitioner guides your body through a series of flowing stretches inspired by yoga. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, helping to reduce stress, ease muscle tightness, improve circulation, and restore a sense of balance and well-being.
Whether you're an athlete, a dedicated yoga practitioner, or simply seeking relief from the demands of daily life, Thai Yoga Massage offers a deeply restorative experience that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and refreshed. Sessions are available on our Schedule Saturdays 10:30am-noon and Sundays 5:30-7pm. If you’d like to schedule a different time, please reach out to us here, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
